It serves to detonate the charge of the warhead fitted to S-5KP unguided aircraft rockets. The fuze is piezoelectric, nose-base, with percussion-instantaneous and inertial action and distant arming, boresafe type. It is composed of two parts – piezoelectric generator and safety and actuating mechanism.
